The results of this survey in the Netherlands indicate that respondents between 14 and 39 years of age consumed more energy drinks than respondents in the Generation X and Baby boomer generations. Close to 30 percent of Millennials consumed energy drinks in 2021, while approximately 46 percent of respondents of Generation Z did so.
