The representatives of generation X in Poland were not as willing as the youngest consumers (generation Z) to use new technologies when buying shoes or clothes, footwear, or accessories in 2019. However, on average, almost every second person, regardless of age group, would like to use the possibility to see the item in a 360-degree view, or an internet fitting room.
