Quarterly consumer confidence index in Belarus 2018-2019
The consumer confidence index in Belarus saw a decrease between the first and the second quarter of 2019, measuring at 66 points at the end of the period observed. In other words, consumers across the country were more pessimistic about job opportunities, personal finances, and their immediate spending plans compared to the beginning of the year.
