In a survey conducted among Swedish companies in Singapore, 55 percent of those surveyed stated labor costs as the main challenge of having a business enterprise in Singapore. Swedish companies also stated that while they found Singaporean employees to be skilled and with good work ethics, employees with the right IT and engineering skills were hard to come by.
