In 2018, 53 percent of C-suite executives found that the diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs of their company will be beneficial to their career development. Meanwhile, 38 percent of leaders in other roles found these programs helpful. In the same survey, it was reported that respondents under the age of 50 years were more appreciative of D&I efforts than older respondents.
