Implementation level of AI in public administration in Italy 2023

As of 2023, artificial intelligence (AI) did not yet play a major role in Italy's local public administration institutions' digital transformation. In fact, over 72 percent of the respondents stated that AI adoption is not advanced at all in their organization. Only about seven percent of the interviewees claimed to consider AI adoption advancement as enough or higher.
