A survey conducted in Italy at the beginning of December 2019 tells that most of the people who were planning to spend more then 500 euros on Christmas gifts were living in the North-West of the country, while the highest share of respondents who were considering not to buy gifts at all came from the Islands. The greatest majority of interviewees were going to allocate between 100 and 300 euros, regardless of their place of residence.
