Nearly 40 percent of children’s goods online stores in Russia hired external sources for sending out newsletters, such as Unisender and Mindbox, while more than one half of the e-shops did not have a newsletter service at all, as recorded in 2020. Only nine percent of the children’s goods e-commerce websites developed their own e-mail newsletter.
