In 2019, Swedish boys watched movies and videos on the internet more frequently than Swedish girls. In detail, 30 percent of the boys watched something online several times a day, while this was the case for 27 percent of the girls. In similar vein, 46 percent of the boys and 42 percent of the girls stated to have watched online movies and videos on a daily basis.
