Implementation level of digital business transformation strategies in Italy 2020

According to a survey conducted at the beginning of 2020, most companies in Italy had already formally defined a digital strategy, at least for a few departments (31 percent of the respondents). Roughly one in five companies were in the process of defining it, while only 13 percent had not taken any steps towards digitally transforming their organization.
