According to the survey conducted among Asia Pacific senior executives, 53 percent of respondents stated that inclusion and diversity (D&I) is very important in an organization. Five percent of respondents claimed that D&I initiatives were unimportant or very unimportant. In the same survey, 87 percent of respondents believed that D&I initiatives have had an impact on their own career.
