Five-year office real estate rental growth in key markets worldwide 2024

Seoul, Amsterdam, and London were among the global office real estate markets with the highest five-year increase in rents as of the third quarter of 2024. In Seoul, office rents increased by over 61 percent. Meanwhile, rents decreased in five of the 15 markets under observation, with Beijing and San Francisco exhibiting a decline of over 24 percent.
