Over the past years, listening to online radio on a smartphone became increasingly popular in Russia. The share of radio listeners via the internet from a smartphone in large cities of the country increased by 98 percent from October 2018 to March 2019 compared to the same period three years ago. The growth rate of the online radio audience using computers and laptops was measured at three percent.
