
Customer interest in reducing dairy consumption in the Netherlands 2019
Consumers worldwide are becoming more and more aware of the impact their food consumption has on the environment, and the Netherlands in this regard is no different. After meat, dairy and the environmental impact of dairy animals is next up for debate. About half of the consumers taking part in this survey stated to consciously not eat dairy sometimes, but about as many consumers currently do not do this, and neither do they want to reduce dairy consumption in the future.
