Among various types of events, the largest share of tickets sold via the internet in Russia in 2018 was recorded for business events, where e-sales accounted for 64 percent of the total. The lowest figure was observed for festivals, where one half of the tickets was purchased online. The average e-ticket portion amounted to 52 percent.

Among the respondents were also software developers, ticket aggregators, and marketing agencies. Respondents were located in Russia (78%), CIS countries (11%), and other countries (11%).
