The majority of Russian event organizers preferred to sell tickets through agents' websites, with 92 percent of survey respondents of this company profile using it as a sales channel. Mobile applications and social networks and messengers were the least common ticket marketplace among venue operators, employed by under 30 percent of them.

Among the respondents were also software developers, ticket aggregators, and marketing agencies. Respondents were located in Russia (78%), CIS countries (11%), and other countries (11%).
