Production volume of turkeys in Egypt 2010-2019
In 2019, the production volume of turkeys amounted to about 3.39 million heads. This represented an increase of 1.19 percent from the previous year. During the period under review, fluctuations in the amount of turkeys in Egypt can be recognized. The number of turkeys fluctuated between 1.63 million heads in 2010 and 3.45 million heads in 2014. Moreover, the largest increase in the time span under investigation is in 2013 with an increase of 80.1 percent.
