The most popular format of digital educational projects in Russia in 2019 was an online school, as per 37 percent of survey participants who were attending in such organizations. Online courses occupied one third of the total e-learning market in the country, with mass open online courses (MOOC) accounting for two more percent. The majority of online programs offered by various formats had a duration of one to three months.
