Instead of a ranking, the source has created a list of best employers and divided it into four groups: platinum, gold, silver, and bronze. Companies presented in this statistic are in the platinum (highest-performing) group. Furthermore, each component of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) has been assessed for each company and awarded a level of performance (platinum, gold, silver, and bronze). The weights are E=40%, S=40%, and G=20%. Companies with levels below bronze are not included in the list.
The data are collected from questionnaires and a jury assessment.
