Food and agricultural import value to Russia 2014-2018, by type
Food industry product imports, which occupied the largest share in the Russian agricultural and food import trade, fell from 11.2 billion U.S. dollars in 2014 to 8.1 billion U.S. dollars in 2018. The import of fats and oils experienced the most significant increase by 20 percent from 2017 to 2018, while meat and sub products marked year-over-year reduction of 23 percent.
