According to a poll from IPSOS, 74 percent of respondents in Argentina said that they think it is likely there will be large-scale public unrest in their country in 2019. In Chile, 64 percent of the people interviewed claimed it is likely that there will be large-scale social unrest in 2019, compared to 47 percent of Mexican respondents who said the same.
When it comes to protesting against the government, Chilean and Colombian respondents were the ones most prone to believe that these kind of demonstrations will occur in their respective countries in 2020.
