Purchase frequency of seafood in Belgium 2018
As of 2018, a large share of consumers surveyed in Belgium indicated that they purchased seafood at least once per month. Over 60 percent of consumers surveyed in Belgium in 2018 indicated that they purchased fishery and aquaculture products at least once per month. Of these, roughly 30 percent of respondents bought seafood at least once a week.
