The majority of Russian survey participants who witnessed online aggression as of 2019, said that an initiator of aggression was to blame for it, as per over 70 percent of respondents. Furthermore, 56 percent blamed the society. According to 18 percent of Russians, victims were guilty themselves, since they provoked others to initiate cyber bullying.
