Cannabis for medical use was legalized in Czechia in 2013, which means medical practitioners are able to prescribe medical cannabis for their patients. In 2019, 17 thousand grams of cannabis were prescribed in Czechia, while in there were over three thousand grams prescribed in the first month of 2020.
