Online shopping location preference in Italy 2020
According to the results of a survey conducted regarding online shopping 2020, 95 percent of the respondents asserted that their preferred location for making their online purchases via smartphone was from a fixed location, e.g. at home or at their office. By contrast, 16 percent declared that they liked buying online on the go (in the car or while using public transportation). Only five percent preferred to purchase while in a shop.
