Internet access via smartphone among elderly in Norway 2018, by age and frequency
In 2018, elderly Norwegians between 61 and 70 years of age used their smartphones to go online the most when compared to the older age groups. In detail, 81 percent of the respondents in this group did so on a daily basis, while 64 percent of the respondents in the oldest age group did the same. In similar vein, only four percent of the 61 to 70-year-olds never connected to the internet via their smartphones, compared to 14 percent of the 81 to 100-year-olds.
