Share of elderly with internet access in Norway 2018, by age and device
In 2018, the youngest age group among elderly Norwegians were the most connected to the internet. In detail, 94 percent of the 61 to 70-year-olds had internet access via their computer, while 68 percent of the 81 to 100-year-olds had the same. The second most popular device among all age groups was a smartphone with internet access. Only three percent of the respondents in the oldest age group did not have internet access via any of the above-mentioned devices.
