Whilst just over half of consumers feel a sense of surprise when thinking of self-driving cars, almost 60 percent of respondents claimed to experience a feeling of anticipation regarding fully autonomous vehicles. The questionnaire of 5,538 consumers was part of a larger survey conducted by Capgemini Research Institute. Overall, positive emotions towards self-driving cars are more prominent than negative emotions.
