Online and physical stores are still the most relevant channels for consumers who are on the hunt for Christmas gifts, according to the results of a survey conducted with 1,500 Danish shoppers. For 58 percent of those surveyed, in store was still the main source of inspiration for their holiday gift purchases, with online following closely behind.
