Popularity of business trips with a weekend stay worldwide 2019-2022

As of the second quarter of 2022, the share of business trips that contained a weekend worldwide grew by two percentage points versus the previous year. This was also the highest share recorded since 2019. Overall, around one third of business trips planned around the world included a weekend during those years.
