The “Primera Encuesta 2020. Usuarios de Servicios de Telecomunicaciones” contains the results obtained through various surveys carried out in 2019. These include the results of the Primera Encuesta 2019, Segunda Encuesta 2019 and Tercera Encuesta 2019. The Cuarta Encuesta 2019 was excluded since the target audience of the study involved micro, small and medium sized companies.
