In 2018, nearly 8.8 percent of survey respondents in Latin America thought that corruption was their country's main problem. The overall share of Latin American respondents who are worried about corruption has slightly decreased in comparison to 2017, when 9.4 percent of the people interviewed said corruption was the most serious issue the country faced. Among all the countries surveyed, respondents in Colombia were the most worried about corruption.
