Public cloud infrastructure as a service (IaaS) was the IT infrastructure model deployed by most U.S. organizations in 2018, as 55 percent of respondents said that it was used in their companies. Hosted private cloud and on-premise physical servers are among the other ways businesses manage their infrastructure.
