In 2018, 66 percent of survey respondents in Malta had trust in traditional healers in their country, which was the the highest share of any European country. Portugal had 64 percent of respondents who trusted traditional healers, while on the other hand in Italy and Spain only 15 percent of individuals have confidence in traditional healers.
