As of 2018, the highest trust levels among Norwegian internet users regarding personal data handling, seemed to be in the digital government dialogue service Altinn, and nearly half of the respondents stated to completely trust the service. In contrast, only two percent of Norwegian completely trusted Facebook regarding personal data.
