In 2023, the cancer which was most commonly diagnosed among females in Australia was breast cancer with over 20,400 cases. This was almost a third of the overall twenty most common female cancer diagnoses for 2023. Comparatively, there were just over 1,470 diagnoses of kidney cancer.
