Perception of leisure time contributing to happiness in Japan 2019
About 49 percent of Japanese respondents stated that the availability of free time contributes to some extent to their personal happiness, according to a survey conducted in June 2019 by Ipsos on happiness. Along with China and France, Japan showed the lowest share of respondents, who claimed to not gain happiness from leisure time among the 28 surveyed countries.
