Reasons for moving home New Zealand 2019 by gender
In a survey conducted in 2019 in New Zealand, the main reason for moving home for male respondents was related to social reasons. In comparison, just under 13 percent of male respondents stated that moving to a better quality of home was the main reason for moving home. A better quality of home was regarded as, for example, a warmer home.
