Global distributed solar PV capacity additions by region 2013-2018

China increased its distributed solar photovoltaic capacity by around 48.55 gigawatts between 2013 and 2018, more than the entire Asia Pacific region. China's capacity additions also exceeded that of the European and North American regions combined in the same period of time.
