In 2018, among the Nordic countries Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway, the median current ratio of the producer manufacturing sector was the highest in Denmark at 1.68. By contrast, the median current ratio of the producer manufacturing services in Norway amounted to 1.36 that year. The current ratio compares the current assets of the sector to the current liabilities, and describes the sector's ability to cover short-term obligations.
