Grievances with parcel delivery services in the United Kingdom 2019

According to a 2019 poll among 2,000 consumers in the United Kingdom, 37 percent of respondents were forced to deliver a neighbor's unclaimed parcel in the last three months, because the neighbor had not come to pick it up themselves. Coincidentally, three of percent of respondents admitted to having kept a neighbor's parcel and not given it back.
