Overall, levels of employee satisfaction in the Netherlands decreased between 2010 and 2018. In the beginning of the time-frame considered just over 75 percent of employees surveyed in the Netherlands indicated that they were satisfied or very satisfied with their working conditions, whereas by 2018, this figure had fallen to approximately 72.5 percent.
