Real estate development prospects by city Europe 2019

Before an investor or developer considers a location, there is a multitude of factors that must first be considered. In a PwC survey conducted of industry experts including investors, fund managers, developers, property companies, lenders, brokers, advisers and consultants, the most important factor to be considered for 2019 was the city's transport connectivity. Other important factors included new opportunities for development, forecasted returns, market size and a city's economic performance.

Lisbon, Portugal's capital and largest city did not only lead in terms of prospects for development but also for investment.
