Reasons to not shop from foreign webshops in Finland 2019
Being uncertain about rights as a customer was the most common reason among Finnish online shoppers to not purchase from a foreign webshop in 2019, according to 36 percent of the respondents. In addition, 30 percent of the respondents said it was because it was more difficult to return products, and another 30 percent-due to not trusting foreign online stores.
