According to survey results by Ipsos, the perfect height for men, according to more than a half of survey participants in Russia, was between 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 1 inch. As for women, about 60 percent of respondents stated that the ideal height for a woman should be between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 9 inches on average.

The source specified that the sample is "more urban, more educated
and/or more affluent than the general population and the
results should be viewed as reflecting the views of a more
“connected” population."
Regarding the methodology, "sample surveys and polls may be subject to other sources of error, including, but not limited to coverage error, and measurement error. The precision of the Ipsos online polls is measured using a Bayesian Credibility Interval," which was set at +/-4.8 percentage points.
