Interest in repair cafes in Flanders (Belgium) 2019, by age group
As of November 2018, more than half of the survey respondents expressed interest in going to a repair café, where people with the necessarily know-how voluntarily repair broken products. The youngest generation was least interested in such volunteer initiatives. Of those younger than 35 years, just under 46 percent stated they would be interested in going to a repair café should there be one in their neighborhood.
