What Russian employers pay attention to during job interviews 2019
According to survey findings, the majority of employers in Russia paid attention to job candidates' physical appearance during interviews, as per 71 percent of respondents in 2019. Punctuality was the second most noticed factor, named by approximately two thirds of participants. Hobbies and interests of a potential employee were of interest only to seven percent of interviewers.
