The share of Russian adults who described themselves are very or rather happy significantly decreased between February 2018 and June 2019, falling down by 15 percent over this period. According to the survey conducted by Ipsos, the highest levels of happiness of respondents were recorded at 62 percent in May 2013 and February 2018. According to latest survey results, less than one half of the populations felt happy, which was the lowest value observed since December 2011.
