Opinion on responsibility for the financial situation of retirees in Italy 2019
In Italy overall, people tended to think that the state should retain about 49 percent of the responsibility for the financial situation of retired people. According to a survey conducted in 2018, Italians also believed that the responsibility for the financial situation should be held by retirees themselves and employers, and each should be responsible for 20 percent of it.
