One-third of French people are occasional visitors to heritage places . These historical or cultural sites include monuments, museums and temporary exhibitions.
Among the occasional visitors to monuments, we can note that the majority of them took the opportunity of a trip or a travel to explore this type of place. Nearly a third of French people occasionally visited monuments located in their region.
